Mark Jones, one of the main organisors of the Caterham Festival Defest Music extraveganza has announced his ambition to establish a local radio station for the Caterham Community.

The project is still in its planning stages and at the moment Mark is keen to talk to sponsers and anyone who is prepared to get involved.

The project needs practical committment as well as management volunteers so could you be any of the following:

Treasurer, Show directors, Music Techs, Receptionists, Fundraisers, Web Masters, Local Bands, Local community groups and anyone that would like to reach further out into the community.

Mark is organising a meeting for those interested in helping to run the project on Thursday 16th September at 7.30pm in The Arc, Weston Drive, Caterham.

It would be great to get this organised for Caterham - a communication link needed to reach many people in the community and entertain them along the way!
